Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Production Time
- Production Time: Since every item is custom-printed, please allow 2–5 business days for us to handcraft and prepare your order for shipment.
- Processing Note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take an additional 2–3 business days.
2. Shipping Timeframes (Estimated)
Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Note: These are estimates based on standard conditions. Unexpected delays by carriers (e.g., weather, high volume) are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
- Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. Please contact your local post office or carrier immediately to file a claim.
