1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong design, or printing errors), we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Period: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    • Your Order Number.

    • Clear photographs showing the damage or the incorrect item.

    • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement order immediately. You are not required to return the defective item to us.

2. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Customer Error: Incorrect address provided at checkout, wrong size chosen, or a typo in your personalized request.
  • Change of Mind: Since every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns simply because you no longer want the product.
  • Delivery Issues: If the tracking shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available or if the error is significant and cannot be corrected.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
